Payment:

Payment for studio time must be paid during the booking process. The payment will be electronic through Cash App or Zelle.

Arrival:

You are expected to come to each session at the time that you book unless communicated otherwise.

Cancellation:

If you are unable to attend a booked session, please let Poet know 24 hours in advance of your booking, so that we can reschedule. If a notice less than 24 hours, you will still be charged for that booking. Please do not come to the studio if you are ill. Please let us know and we can work something out.

Visitors:

Visitors are not permitted unless special arrangements have been made prior to booking.

Smoking:

No cigarettes are allowed.
